Refund Policy

Your reservation deposit is fully refundable. We only ask that you let us know in time for us to offer your slot to someone else.

How refunds work

When you reserve, you pay a $500 deposit. This deposit holds your slot and is applied toward your final balance. After you reserve, we reach out to schedule your sequencing appointment at a time that works for you.

• Request a refund up to one week before your scheduled sequencing date and you will receive a full refund of your deposit, no questions asked.
• For pre-orders (reservations made before a date is scheduled), the refund cutoff is July 7th. Request a refund on or before July 7th for a full refund of your deposit.
• Any amounts paid toward your balance beyond the deposit are also refundable on the same timeline.

After the cutoff

Within the final week before your scheduled sequencing date (or after July 7th for pre-orders), the deposit becomes non-refundable, because we will have reserved the medical professional's time, the instrument, and the materials for your session. If something urgent comes up, email us anyway, and we will review these case by case and always try to be fair.

How to request a refund

Email me@pandeymikhil.com with the name and email used for your reservation. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

Scheduling

Reserving does not lock you into a fixed date. After you place your deposit, we will reach out to schedule your appointment. The one-week refund window is measured against the sequencing date we agree on together.
