Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your sequencing. As long as you tell us in time, your deposit comes back in full.

How cancellation works

After you reserve and pay the $500 deposit, we reach out to schedule your sequencing appointment. You may cancel at any time by emailing us.

• More than one week before your scheduled date: full refund of your deposit and anything else paid.
• Pre-orders (no date scheduled yet): cancel on or before July 7th for a full refund.
• Within the final week before your scheduled date (or after July 7th for pre-orders): the deposit is non-refundable, because the medical professional's time, the instrument, and the materials are committed to your session. Email us regardless, and we will review these case by case.

Rescheduling

Need a different time rather than a cancellation? Just email us. You can reschedule at no charge as long as you let us know more than one week before your scheduled date. When you reschedule, the one-week refund window simply moves with your new date.

If we need to cancel or reschedule

If we ever have to cancel or move your appointment, for instrument, staffing, or any reason on our end, you can choose a full refund of everything paid, or a new date at no additional cost.
